Disabled access
Please note that we have made several accommodations to ensure our services remain accessible to a range of patients.
For deaf or hearing impaired patients, we encourage the use of the Anima service as an alternative to using our telephone service. We also promote the use of Relay UK, a service provided by the Royal National Institute for Deaf People. Details of Relay UK can be found here.
For blind or visually impaired patients, our reception team can assist in navigating the practice, and documents can be read out upon request.
For patients using a wheelchair or crutches, we have designed our surgeries to be easily accessible – patients will only be asked to attend facilities on the ground floor, and ramp access is available where necessary to enter the surgery. A number of our practices also offer disabled parking spaces near to the main entrance of the surgery.
Please note this list is not exhaustive. If you require any additional help to access our services, we will attempt to accommodate your request as best possible.
Medical research
We are a research practice and suitable patients may be invited to participate in research on a voluntary basis.
Enhanced access
We offer a service that operates outside of the practice’s core opening hours. It is run by our multidisciplinary team of health professionals and offers a limited number of same-day and pre-bookable appointments with GPs and other members of the healthcare team.
Please see the opening times above for more information, or visit our enhanced access page.
VETERAN FRIENDLY
We are a Veteran Friendly practice. This means that, as part of the health commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant, we have a dedicated Clinician who has specialist knowledge of military-related health conditions and veteran-specific health services. This is important in helping ex-forces to get the best care and treatment.
If you are ex-forces, please let your GP know to help ensure you are getting the best possible care.
