NPC Newbiggin – A message from Dr Anna Lewis

I am writing to let you know that I will be leaving NPC Newbiggin at the end of March. It has been a privilege to be a GP in Newbiggin for the last 18 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed working in the community and looking after generations of the same families. 

It has been a very hard decision but I have decided that I am ready for a change. I plan to take a short period of time off and then look for other GP work as well as consider other career options. I know that you will continue to be very well cared for by the clinical and wider team in Newbiggin.
